1Who you are dealing with
Valentia Advisory is the trading name of Sergio Peláez Bover, a sole proprietor in Geneva, Switzerland. Your contract is with Sergio Peláez Bover personally.

2Regulatory status
Sergio Peláez Bover is registered as a client adviser in the FinSA adviser register maintained by BX Swiss AG (reg. no. SP48306). Legal basis: Art. 29 para. 1 and Art. 32 para. 1 FinSA; Art. 42 FinSO.
Registration is not authorisation or supervision. Valentia Advisory is not a bank, a securities firm or a financial institution under FinIA, and is not supervised by FINMA.
3The service
Non-discretionary investment advice and financial planning. You take and carry out every decision yourself.
Valentia Advisory does not hold your money or securities, does not place orders and does not manage assets for you. It does not give tax or legal advice; tax is considered only as part of your financial plan. Scope and fee are agreed in writing before the engagement starts.
4Client category
Every client is treated as a private client, the category with the most protection under FinSA. Opting out is not offered.
5Products considered and ties to providers
Recommendations cover financial instruments of third parties only. Valentia Advisory has no products of its own and no agreements with, or stakes in, any provider.
6How Valentia Advisory is paid
Only by you, through the agreed fee. No commissions, retrocessions or other payments or benefits from third parties are accepted. If a conflict of interest cannot be avoided, you are told in writing before you receive the advice.
7Risks
Financial instruments can lose value, up to the full amount invested. No return is promised.
Before you receive advice, you are given the Swiss Bankers Association brochure “Risks Involved in Trading Financial Instruments” and, for each financial instrument recommended to you, its key information document where one exists.
8Complaints and ombudsman
Please raise any complaint first with sergio@valentiaadvisory.ch.
You can bring a dispute to the ombudsman FINOS at any time, free of charge: Finanzombudsstelle Schweiz (FINOS), Freigutstrasse 8, 8002 Zürich, finos.ch.
